Easy and Fast Decal Effect for GMS 2.3

Hello and Welcome!

With this package, you can create decal effect for your games without (almost) any effort.

Decal effects is great for games, when you want to have debris, blood stains, ammo cartridges, etc that stay in your game but without any extra memory or processing usage.

In the Screenshots, the bones in the bottom of the ocean are decals, and doesn't matter how many you have of them, they won't slow down your game!
