Easy and fast Bright and Flash effects for GMS 2.3

Hello and Welcome!

With this package, it's really easy to add bright and flash effects for your games. If you want a demonstration on how bright and flash effect can affect your games, play "Deep Space Ravager Evolution":

The projectiles brightness effect and the flash of the explosions, where added with this package. 

Another example is the GothicVania graphics (sprites made by Ansimuz - https://ansimuz.itch.io/). One screenshot have a bright effect and the other don't. Even with subtle brightness, you add a lot of depth to your game visual effect.
